Roads to Wellbeing Map

The Roads to Wellbeing map encourages people to explore activities and services that support the 5 ways to Wellbeing and reducing social isolation across the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council.

As many local services have moved online Turning Point and Change Grow Live have decided to create a new and additional online services section to their Digital Asset Map. This new section now allows you add any of your online activities on to the map so local residents can benefit from any of your online services that are linked to one of the 5 ways to wellbeing.

The Roads to Wellbeing map is a great tool for organisations to promote activities to a local audience.  It only takes a few minutes and is FREE for local services to use.

The criteria for activities are that they:

  • Are free or accessible to people on low incomes.
  • Take place within one or more of the following boroughs: London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster City Council or online (When adding any online activities, please type ‘ONLINE’ in the address and postcode section)
  • Meet one or more of the 5 ways to wellbeing
  • Mid/Long-term regularity (unfortunately we cannot accept one off or very short-term activities).
