RBKC Governance Report

An independent study of governance in Kensington and Chelsea Council has now been completed and the report is available to download on the council’s website.
Conducted by the Centre for Public Scrutiny the report looks at how the council makes decisions and who is involved. It provides a wide number of recommendations for improvement including adopting a set of good governance principles and establishing mechanisms for residents to have more of a say in decision making such as through a citizens assembly.

The authors will be at a scrutiny meeting on Monday, 19 March  to answer questions from councillors & members of the public.
