NHS seeking feedback on extended hours services

Across England the NHS is looking to improve how patients can access their GP surgery including the use of technology, increasing the number of appointments available and making sure that those appointments are at more convenient times. In North West London all patients now have access to GP appointments at the evening and weekends. Generally these extended hours appointments will be available from 6pm to 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 8pm over the weekend.
Your local NHS wants to hear your views on these extra appointments and listen to how we can make more improvements.

Please promote and encourage your users to take survey. Please click here to complete survey.

All responses will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your details at the end.

The 8 CCG's across North West London are currently undertaking engagement in the setting of a new set of qualities objectives which will be adopted across all 8 CCG's.

As part of this engagement, a survey has been developed seeking feedback from local patients.  The survey is quite lengthy but will take no longer than 15 minutes to complete.

You can either complete the survey using the link, or alternatively, you can download and complete the pdf version of the survey and return it to the following freepost address: FREEPOST: HEALTHIER NORTH WEST LONDON.

You can complete the online survey here

The survey will be open until Monday 11th June 2018.

Please feel free to share this survey with anyone, group or organisation whom you feel would like to take part.
