London TravelWatch, the public body representing the users of London’s transport networks: the bus services, underground, railways and the streets are keen to hear about your experiences with public transport and any issues you are aware of at the current time so they can make representations to TfL and other transport providers on your behalf.
London TravelWatch are trying to understand if there are any unmet needs that they might be able to help with, or direct users to where they might find more information or get help. They are particularly interested in hearing from keyworkers and volunteers who must travel to work in our essential services or those providing support to people who have to stay at home. They are a small team, but if you or your clients have any transport issues please email them at: Consultations@londontravelwatch.org.uk, or let them have your email address for occasional emails asking how your travel to work is going via their users’ panel.
Here to help with transport issues in London they are currently doing their best to help transport users by:
- supporting and keeping in touch with Transport for London and the rail industry on behalf of passengers
- maintaining links to transport information on our website, for example changes to services and how to get a refund, and
- reaching out to those who have to get to work who may have any concerns or issues about their journey to work.
If you or those you represent or work with have a transport related issue they should first seek advice from the websites or call centres of Transport for London or the rail industry:
