Launch of a new Older People's Providers Network

KCSC is launching a new Older People Provider's Network for local voluntary organisations and community groups consisting of or providing services for older people (aged 50 plus).

The goals of the network will be to help providers share experiences, to promote a better understanding of the development of the health and wellbeing agenda and its impact on the voluntary sector and to explore initiatives that might lead to joint bidding for funding and contracts. This new network will be a self led forum for local providers working with older people.

The network will discuss key issues and concerns, terms of reference have been drafted (read them here) and two preliminary dates have been set, 30 January and 9 April 2019.

Register here for the first network meeting.
