"It's OK not to feel OK" mental health campaign

This campaign promotes sources of support and help to anyone struggling emotionally in Kensington and Chelsea.

It aims to reduce the stigma around mental illness and death by suicide within the community by talking more openly about this. We want anyone in distress to feel confident to turn to someone for support. We want to encourage people to seek help before they reach crisis point.

This campaign ‘It’s OK not to feel OK’ will focus on identifying and owning how you feel and asking for help to cope with these feelings.

This campaign is for everyone in Kensington and Chelsea and isn’t only about suicide but about promoting good mental health. If those who are most at risk can’t reach out directly then we hope their loved ones might find this campaign a useful source of support and help.
