COVID-19 Wider Impacts Survey 2021 for Practitioners and Professionals

RBKC and Westminster Council Transformation Team would like to ask practitioners and professionals in RBKC and WCC to take part in a survey to get feedback on the local effects and experiences of COVID-19 and lockdown on children and families.

Take survey here

Who is this survey for?
This survey is for practitioners/ professionals working with children (0-5) and families across RBKC and WCC.

What does this survey relate to?
This survey is largely based on the outcomes from the Public Health England report 'The impact of COVID-19 on London’s children and young people' (May 2021). The survey questions are based around the key headlines in this report.

Why should I complete this survey?
Your responses will help the team to determine the impact and local experiences of COVID/lockdown on specific areas of need within the 0-5 pathway. The Transformation and Innovation Team will use your responses to develop a needs analysis to inform the 0-5 Transformation Programme.

How long will the survey take to complete?
The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete. Please feel free to skip through to relevant sections of the survey which apply to your area of work.

When I will I hear back about the results of the survey?
The survey will run throughout August to capture as many responses as possible. Findings will be published in September and will shared with yourselves, wider services as well as a report to the 'Pre-birth to 5' Transformation Board.

Deadline for participation: Tuesday 31 August 2021
