Community Living Well free activities

Community Living Well have a range of free self-care activities available for adults. Self-care is an approach to health and wellbeing which helps keep you well. Community Living Well wants to help people take more care of their mental and physical wellbeing, build social connections and access community opportunities. 

These activities will give you a chance to relax, meet people and receive support in your local community. The types of activities you can access include:

  • A Community Theatre group
  • 1 to 1 support in your own language 
  • Over 50s Men’s group
  • Massage
  • Mindfulness
  • Befriending 
  • Supported volunteering 
  • LGBT+ Mental Health advocacy 

This service is for people registered with a GP in Kensington & Chelsea, Queen’s Park or Paddington and is part of Community Living Well. It can be accessed through self-referral or you can be referred by any health professional.
