Changes to foot health (podiatry) service in Kensington and Chelsea and Queens park and Paddington

Central London Community Healthcare (CLCH) currently provide podiatry services to patients who live in Kensington and Chelsea and Queens park and Paddington. Following a review carried out by West London Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), the eligibility criteria for foot health has changed. From the 1st October 2017, patients with low level care needs no longer meet the eligibility criteria for the podiatry service

The following patients automatically remained eligible for the service, without further assessment: children, patients who are registered blind, patients who are homeless and patients who are housebound. All other current patients are being offered an assessment of their needs to ensure that those who have a high level of need continue to be seen.

For more information please see WLCCG's Community Service letter, 'How to find your Podiatory service' and an item on tips for looking after your feet. You can also contact Emily Nicholls with further questions.
