Advice Now Plus is provides resources for advisers and volunteers within the information, advice and advocacy sector in Kensington and Chelsea. If you are a member of the public seeking advice on a particular issue then please note that Advice Now Plus does not give advice to members of the public.

Community accountancy project that provides financial advice and training to small charities and voluntary groups.
Services include one-to-one casework, training courses and publications, all of which are geared towards providing people with the basic financial skills needed to run successful organisations.
CASH also undertakes bookkeeping, pay roll, Independent Examinations and production of management accounts for small and medium organisations.

Glass Door coordinates the UK’s largest network of open-access services for people affected by homelessness. Year-round, people find advice and support to end their homelessness through trained caseworkers based at partnering drop-in centres.

The BME Health Forum is a unique and well-established partnership between voluntary and community organisations, healthcare providers, commissioners, and local authorities. It improves the quality of health and social care services for patients from deprived backgrounds living primarily in Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham.

The BME Health Forum empowers marginalised patients and communities to engage and influence local health care provision. It provides a way for health professionals, and commissioners to listen to the health needs of marginalised patients and make improvements to health services.

The K&C Foundation matches charities that are making a difference in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea with local residents who have the same concerns. They use a knowledge of local charities to guide people who want to donate their time, money and skills to make an impact.

Social connection and being part of your community is vital for local groups and their members but getting from A to B in London can be challenging especially if you have mobility issues. Westway CT works with lots of community groups to make travel possible for them.

Westway CT helps community groups, like the Dalgarno Trust, The Creighton Centre, and Minds United FC with community transport that’s affordable and accessible, helping groups across Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster and Hammersmith & Fulham to travel to meetings, events and activities. We also run a free weekly shopper bus service for local residents who can access this when they join independently as individual members from £12 pa.

Infrastructure Support, Transport
We manage 23 acres of land underneath the Westway flyover in North Kensington, for the benefit of our local community. We work with over 60 member organisations ranging from community groups and residents’ associations to schools and sports clubs, as well as other local groups and people.
