No Deadlines mentioned. Help to Grow is a UK-wide three-year management training programme designed to help small and medium businesses learn new skills, reach new customers and boost profits.
Operating over 12 weeks, with 90% of the costs subsidised by the Government, the scheme will be delivered through business schools, with mentoring from professionals, allowing businesses to access software to improve their productivity.
The scheme will offer a voucher covering up to half of the costs of approved software up to a maximum of £5,000, and free impartial advice, delivered through an online platform.
Participants may access:
- An Executive Development programme that could help improve business performance and growth potential through Help to Grow: Management.
- Free online advice and money off software that could help save time and cut costs through Help to Grow: Digital
Help to Grow: Management will be open to UK businesses from any sector that have been operating for more than one year, with between 5 and 249 employees are eligible. The participant should be a decision maker or member of the senior management team within the business eg Chief Executive, Finance Director etc.
