Kensington and Chelsea bucks trend as new Census data shows population fall The first Census data published from the 2011 survey has shown a significant increase in the population nationally and across London, here in Kensington and Chelsea however we have seen a small drop.

Toolkit on Neighbourhood Planning The council's planning department have produced a toolkit on how to produce a neighbourhood plan. The toolkit includes definitions of what a 'Neighbourhood Plan' and 'Neighbourhood Area' is, what support is available from the council and guidance on how to consult on your neighbourhood plan.
