Westway Trust have launched the Grenfell Remembrance Fund - open to local community groups until 1 May, to mark the 9th anniversary of the fire.

Charity Excellence research highlight importance of local infrastructure organisations

New research published by Charity Excellence has given insight into the threats and challenges facing small charities across the UK, and how infrastructure organisations have become more important than ever.

Significant growth in small charities over the last 20 years means that Local Infrastructure Organisations (LIOS) such as KCSC and the Volunteer Centre K&C that support those small charities, are more in demand than ever.  Financial insecurity however, amongst other issues means that LIOs are closing at an alarming rate.

Free Community Day for Men's Wellbeing

Community Living Well are hosting a men's community day called Men Matter, taking place on 28 April from 3pm to 7pm, at Kensington Leisure Centre, Silchester Road, London W10 6EX.

There will be a great mix of activities, engagement and incentives on the day, including football challenges, the Batak reaction challenge, Tai Chi, spa access vouchers, half-price gym membership, football tops, and more. Most importantly, men will have the chance to access vital health education, wellbeing information and support in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
