TRAINING & SUPPORT PROGRAMME
Spring - Summer 2017 

This free full day training covers the essential features of the computer programme Publisher. It will teach you how to layout documents for publishing, such as newsletters. 

This interactive session will help managers consider the most appropriate and effective ways of managing, motivating, developing and measuring employee performance. It will be delivered by organisation and HR development consultant Lesley Kaye.

Career and life coaching can help you develop and take the next steps, to identify your goals and work towards them. It can help you evaluate strengths and weaknesses and support effective decision making within your organisation.

We are pleased to offer a programme of four coaching sessions for free. You can work with either a Career Coach or a Leadership and Business Coach. Places are limited so register your interest early. This opportunity is only open to people working in the voluntary sector in Kensington & Chelsea.

The Social Council is offering a free healthcheck for small voluntary and community organisations, followed by tailored one to one or group support on areas identified for development.

What is a healthcheck? 

• A series of questions to see how your organisation is doing in terms of key areas such as governance, fundraising, promotion
• It can be completed in one meeting and includes drawing up an action plan
