Coaching Skills Workshop

Registration is closed for this event
A practical introduction to coaching skills designed for managers and leaders in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector.

This half-day workshop will cover an introduction to coaching and how it can support you in your leadership role.

Coaching involves a range of skills and behaviours that will compliment your leadership role. With coaching you move away from directing and towards more delegation, to enable others to take responsibility and develop. Making the most of the resources you have, coaching skills will help you to enhance your own performance whilst ensuring you have access to a wider range of interventions.

This session will be fast-paced and involve real-life scenarios that you will work on (so please come prepared to share two issues you’d like to be coached on).

As leaders, you are facing increased pressure to perform with diminishing resources.  You need to navigate through complex changes and be resilient to sustain energy and enthusiasm for the future. Developing your coaching skills will enable you to better support and development of your teams, building their resourcefulness and effectiveness.

This workshop will be delivered by Executive Coach Dee Donnelly, whose clients have included the V&A, Google and Coca-Cola.
