Through live discussions and case studies, participants will develop a strong understanding of finance.
The objective of the course is to:
- Develop a clear insight into the fundamentals of finance and explain procedures
- Provide an understanding of financial reports such as income statements and balance sheets
- Understand how money works in their organisations
- Build skills of non-financial managers and raise their confidence to ask the right questions
- Understand the importance of the financial policy in your organisation
The workshop, run by Abdullah Mohamud, Community Accountant, KCSC, is suited to anyone with a non-financial educational background, working in a managerial or professional role encompassing financial oversite.
This training is for representatives of voluntary and community organisations operating in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
