Join this course to gain a good understanding of participation models to engage your service users and ensure you reach out to all of your stakeholders.

Come along and attend this half-day seminar to be run by our own Joe Batty, Senior Community Development & Engagement Officer and designed to help community and voluntary organisations with their participation and engagement.

The event is completely free for voluntary and community organisations working with residents living in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Spaces are limited to 2 people per organisation.

Engaging with your service users can help ensure you give them a voice and will also help you make decisions, bridge divides, add value and help problem-solve for your organisation.

Additionally, funders, commissioners and individual supporters want to know who you are engaging with and how you will make a difference before they’ll donate to your cause.

This seminar will include:

  • participation models theory
  • group session on how to engage with service users successfully
  • round table on the challenges organisations are facing and possible solutions.

In accordance with good practice for a participation seminar, Joe will engage with you and find out what you need throughout.
