This course is designed to support individuals and organisations to reduce levels of workplace stress.

One You Kensington and Chelsea is working with KCSC to provide this 2 hour training session, focussing on stress in the workplace. Recognising the operational pressure voluntary and community sector staff and volunteers often face, this interactive workshop will help attendees to understand stress. We will be demonstrating how managers and peers can have more effective conversations. This session will also cover how you can signpost people to appropriate support.

This session will include:

-Recognising different types of conversations that suggest behavioural change
-Identifying the barriers to behavioural change
-Understanding how to use open questions to bring out motivations
-Using positive affirmations to build self-efficacy

The event is completely free for residents and voluntary and community organisations working with residents living in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

This event is funded by RBKC and is part of the Grenfell Community Leadership Programme
