The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea recently launched the Grenfell Projects Fund, a new model of grant funding which gives residents in North Kensington the chance to award a share of £600,000 to local projects of their choice. The Council will be notifying applicants on December 6th 2019 whether they have been invited to present their idea to the public on 11th January 2020*.

If you are part of an organisation or group of local residents that have applied to the Grenfell Project Fund, KCSC is offering one to one support to help you effectively plan how you pitch your idea at the Grenfell Projects Fund Decision Day, however you will also learn skills that will help you pitch for other funding too. This may include how you can concisely and enthusiastically describe the activities you will deliver, the social impact it will have for local people, how you will market your idea, how much your project will cost and what is unique about your offer.
