This session is ideal for managers. You will look at the reasons why good management and leadership skills are essential and what happens when that isn’t evident.  You will identify some of the behaviours of good leaders and the impact those have.  You will look at aspects of employee engagement and why it is essential.  Additionally, you will be provided with hints and tips for further reading and support. 

This session will be run by the RBKC Human Resources Department.
