This session is designed to support organisations to get ready for tendering when commissioners may ask for unit costs, as well as to aid organisations' understanding of the importance of budgeting and financial management.

 

This half-day session will be run by an expert accountant and will help you to:

  • Understand all the possible costs associated with your project
  • Show funders that you have an understanding of what the project will cost and how you will fund it
  • Understand Full Cost Recovery: recovering the total costs of a project, service or activity, including a relevant part of overhead costs
  • Calculate the unit cost of service delivery
  • Look at worked examples of how to use unit costs

 

All attendees must be from local RBKC voluntary organisations and must meet our terms and conditions. Spaces are limited to 2 people per organisation
