Opportunities are now open for providers to bid to join the youth services framework in Kensington and Chelsea. One-to-one slots are available at our youth commissioning surgeries to support you with the bidding process.
The Council is seeking to commission a Framework consisting of multiple suitably qualified providers, under which it can Call-off (via mini-competition) a range of high quality universal and targeted youth related service for children and young people aged 11 – 19 (or up to 25 for young people with Special Education Needs or Disabilities) in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The RBKC Youth Services Framework has been established to respond flexibly to young people’s priorities and needs and will deliver programmes and projects that aim to improve young people’s outcomes. Once the Framework is established, it is anticipated that the Council will run a number of Call-offs (mini-competitions) to establish a number of long term programmes against young people’s priorities. It is also anticipated that mini-competitions for bespoke, seasonal and time limited projects will be run throughout the year in response to emerging needs.
The deadline to apply so 10 AM on Thursday, June 13th. Once the framework is established, the Council may initially call-off the following programmes of year-round activities:
- The London Youth Games
- Aspiration and enterprise for young people(Future and Ambition)
- Detached and Estate Based Sport and /or Arts Provision
