This is the third meeting of the network. The goals of the network are to help providers share experiences, to promote a better understanding of the development of the health and wellbeing agenda and its impact on the voluntary sector and to explore initiatives that might lead to joint bidding for funding and contracts.
At the first meeting, we discussed current issues and challenges and updated and agreed Terms of Reference (see TOR updated below). At the second meeting, we had a presentation on personalisation from Adult Social Care and talked about the expanding complexity of the needs and services offered. We also elected a chair and decided collectively on the next agenda. See minutes and papers here.
For this meeting, we will focus on MyCareMyWay with a presentation from the West London CCG on how to access the service. We will also have a group discussion on the new outcomes focussed approach to commissioning from the WLCCG.
This meeting is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
