The meeting will be facilitated by professional coach Lesley Kaye where she will share with us how to prepare a discussion framework with staff along with tips and techniques on effective staff coaching.  There will be the opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions.

Lunch will be provided.

Lesley is also one of KCSC's professional coaches who provides her time for free to deliver coaching for paid staff and volunteers within the voluntary and community sector.  She is currently seeking someone at a CEO level who would like to be coached.  If interested do let Angela know and she will put you in contact with her.
