Level 2 Award in Fire Safety

This qualification is aimed at anyone involved in the management of fire safety in any workplace.

 

This one day training session is suitable for managers, supervisors, team leaders, fire wardens (marshals) and staff working in any area where there is a potential risk of fire.
Learners gaining this qualification will know that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone in the workplace and will recognise the consequences of fire in any premises. There is no previous training required before attending this course. You can read more on employers fire safety responsibilities on the government website.

Do you have a fire warden in your workplace?

Having a designated fire warden at work is an important part of fire safety. The fire warden works together with the employer to make sure that fire safety measures and evacuation procedures are in place and effective. This course will provide you with the necessary training required to be a qualified fire warden. The information in the course will enable you to take responsibility for fire safety in your workplace and protect everyone’s wellbeing.

 There is only 1 place per organisation as spaces are limited. This training is for Kensington & Chelsea Voluntary organisations.

Small organisations with an income below £500,00 will be given priority.

Cancellations

Attendees who fail to show up without notifying us at least 3 days in advance of the event start time in writing or by email are liable to be charged a cancellation fee of £30.
