Managing Staff Performance

Following on from the success of last years session 'Getting the best from your staff' Lesley will provide some practical tips on managing staff performance.

A fully interactive session it will help you consider the most appropriate and effective ways of managing, developing and measuring employee performance.

Lesley Kaye has been running her West London human resource development consultancy LJK Resources  for the past 17 years, working with a wide range of clients of organisation sizes from 5 to 46,000 staff.

Attendance

This will be a busy and interactive session and so we will start promptly at 10am.  If delegates are more than 10 minutes late they will have missed the start of the session and so will not be admitted.

Cancellations

Attendees who fail to show up without notifying us at least 3 days in advance of the event start time in writing or by email are liable to be charged a cancellation fee of £30.
