During the current health crisis, organisations may find themselves scrutinising their policies and procedures and wondering just how fit they are for purpose. Are existing policies up to date?  Do they cover the kind of events we find ourselves in? Are there any recent changes in the law which affect your policies? Do you need to create completely new policies now? This session will help you to identify what needs to be done and will help you to work out how to do it!

The session will look at:

  • What policies and procedures your organisation needs in view of the Covid 19 crisis
  • Key policies such as health and safety, equal opportunities and personnel policies and how these are impacted by the Covid 19 crisis
  • How to develop an effective system for reviewing your policies and procedures going forward.

This will be led by Robin Hodgkinson, and supported by Community360.

The session is limited to 15 participants, with a maximum of 2 per organisation. Register now to secure your place.

Joining details will be sent out before the event to those who register.

This virtual event is for representatives of local voluntary and community organisations operating in the borough of Kensington & Chelsea. It is not open to members of the public.
