Recruitment and Pay Best Practice

This workshop is run in two sections and will cover recruitment and pay scales for organisations.


Section 1: Supporting you in lawful recruitment best practice

This session is intended to support delegates to gain an understanding of lawful recruitment best practices and affords delegates the opportunity to ask relevant questions. It will be run by the RBKC HR Recruitment and Resourcing Manager.

Section 2: Pay and Reward – Basics and Essentials

This session is intended to provide delegates with basic skills and knowledge to set appropriate pay ranges/salaries for vacancies within an organisation. It will be run by the RBKC HR senior performance and reward adviser.
