When oversubscribed\, sp aces will be limited to 2 representatives of a loc al voluntary and community organisation operating in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We will give priority to KCSC members first then to other not for profit organisations based in and providin g a services to residents of Kensington and Chelse a\, or based elsewhere but operating in the boroug h.
