Delivering Best Evidence - DV Training

Information for professionals supporting domestic violence rule applicants.

This free ½ day training workshop will examine the evidential requirements of the domestic violence rule, how evidence can be obtained and secured and how supporting letters for service users should be prepared and written. An update will also be provided on recent and forthcoming changes to the Immigration Rules relevant to victims of domestic violence.

The session will include a mixture of presentation and group work using case studies.

All participants will receive a legal guide on how to deliver the best evidence when supporting domestic violence rule applicants.
