Partnership working

In recent years we have seen a greater emphasis on the need for voluntary and community organisations to work in partnership with others.

A need to deliver more with limited resources and a desire to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort have been two key drivers behind this shift. A move from grants towards contracting is also leading towards a greater emphasis on collaboration.
Whilst this can offer great benefits to your organisation and your service users it is not without risk and can raise a number of challenges.
