Desta health consortium

We are working closely with colleagues at CAVSA Hammersmith & Fulham, who are supporting the development of Desta Health & Social Care Consortium.

• This consortium was originally based in Hammersmith & Fulham, but due to the combining of management functions in our local NHS and councils across Westminster, K&C and H&F, we must now be ready to respond to 'tri-borough' tenders.
• Desta recently won its first NHS contract to deliver the tri-borough 'Expert Patient Programme' (EPP) - more info RAIN TRUST
• Desta will be open for membership over the coming weeks. In order to receive an invitation to submit membership data, organisations must first REGISTER WITH CAVSA
