This forum will commence with an interactive seminar over a buffet lunch, exploring how information and advice agencies can demonstrate impact; monitor their work; and evaluate data to improve services and outcomes.
The seminar will be followed by the usual KCAF format featuring an update on bi-borough Housing Benefits, a discussion on the Care Act 2014, and a presentation on FIX, supporting older people to make the most out of their finances.

The local forum for advice agencies operating in Kensington and Chelsea. Members meet on a quarterly basis for networking and the opportunity to update and discuss advice provision for local residents. Members also link into strategic planning through engagement with officers and councillors.
