African Organisational Development Seminars for HIV Providers

The African OD Programme will be running a series of seminars over the next few months.

These seminars seek to supplement the ‘hard skills’ of financial management, fundraising and business planning with the ‘soft skills’ that are equally as important in ensuring the success of your organisation.

The seminars will explore areas of skill such as leadership, influencing and motivating others and awareness of your own development as a manager and leader.

To participate in the seminars your organisation must:

• be an African-run community organisation or faith group
  
• be working in Central or Greater London
  
• have at least 80% of clients from African communities
  
• be delivering, or be intending to deliver, HIV prevention services
